Design and Planning

Our expert designers and architects draft preliminary designs based on the insights from the initial consultation. We involve you in several review sessions to refine the plans until they perfectly align with your vision, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Documentation & Budgeting

We provide detailed documentation, including a sworn construction statement, and outline a detailed budget and timeline. This step ensures transparency and alignment on the project scope, budget, and materials selection, with options tailored to different financial plans without compromising quality.

Preconstruction Meeting & Construction Phase

Meet the team and review project drawings and specifications before construction starts. Regular updates via BuilderTrend and weekly meetings ensure you are kept informed. Our construction team brings your plans to life with precision, adhering to the highest safety and efficiency standards.

Finishing Phase, Handover, & Post-Construction Support

As we near project completion, meticulous attention to finishing details ensures your home is truly move-in ready. A final walkthrough confirms every aspect meets our high standards. Receive a comprehensive homeowner manual with maintenance schedules and a contact list. Checkups at one month and one year ensure ongoing satisfaction.
